What is the difference between a risk assessment and a workplace safety audit?
A risk assessment primarily examines the physical facility, potential hazards, vulnerabilities, existing safety measures, emergency preparedness, and other site-specific risks.
A workplace safety audit takes a deeper look at your organization’s Safety Management System, including policies, procedures, programs, documentation, training, recordkeeping, incident reporting, and current safety practices.
Depending on your needs, your organization may benefit from one or both services.
What happens after a risk assessment or safety audit?
Beacon Light Safety Solutions provides findings and practical recommendations designed to help your organization understand areas of concern and determine appropriate next steps for improving safety and preparedness.
